Stanislaw Rewards Program and the Real Benefit

Some patients may think carrying around another rewards benefit card as a “hassle”. How many cards do you carry with you that promise benefits? With the Stanislaw Rewards Card, it’s easy and the points and the rewards add up quickly.
As our patient, you receive 200 points for simply signing up for the Stanislaw Rewards Card. 200 extra points are given if you “Like” us on Facebook. Or refer a friend and get 500 additional points. In fact, you can refer multiple friends for multiple points. The way this works is:
- Have your friend call our office and schedule a consultation
- Have the friend complete the Stanislaw Rewards Application and enter your name in the field “I was referred by”. Have them bring the completed form with them to their appointment for their consultation with Dr. Stanislaw.
- Upon your friend’s consultation, you will be issued 500 points on your own Stanislaw Rewards Card.
Going forward you and your friends earn 1 point per every dollar spent on Dysport, Botox, Restylane injections, services with our Medical Esthetician, Julie Brookman, and medical grade skin care products that we carry in our office. Wondering what the accumulation of Stanislaw points can get you? 1000 points is worth a $10 credit and 5000 points is worth a $75 credit. The best thing about the program is that you do not have to keep track of points and remember to redeem them. Our staff will add the points to your account upon each visit and redeem them for you when you are ready. Another great feature is that the points do not expire!

Dr. Paul Stanislaw Jr. graduated from Albany Medical College in 1994 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery in 1999. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Albany Medical Center in 2000, and opened Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center in 2001. Dr. Stanislaw is Double Board Certified in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also serves on several committees within the Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Stanislaw is passionate about using his talent to help people.
