DR. PAUL STANISLAW, JR.

MD, F.A.C.S.

I am Double Board Certified: I am board certified in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. In addition, I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. I also serve on several committees within the Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Connecticut, and participate in resident education in regards to cosmetic injections and skin cancer reconstructions.

JULIE BROOKMAN

LICENSED ESTHETICIAN

Julie Brookman, a Licensed Medical Esthetician, joined Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center in October 2009. Julie's aesthetic training started when she graduated from the Kay Harvey School of Hair Design where she received her License in Cosmetology in 1985. She pursued further training at the New England Center of Esthetics Education where she graduated from the Master Esthetics Program in 2007 and is licensed through the Massachusetts State Board of Esthetics.

Julie enjoys working collaboratively with patients helping them to establish at-home skincare routines in addition to services at the office. She is your personal skincare consultant, available to educate, answer questions and guide you every step of the way.

our relationship with Julie begins at the initial consultation where she will customize a treatment protocol and ongoing maintenance schedule which include follow-up services and phone calls; working with you to take your skincare to the next level. She gets the greatest satisfaction in seeing her patients rewarded with the results they both worked so hard to achieve.

Julie's advanced courses have prepared her well for the medical-grade esthetic services that are offered at Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center. Her warmth and genuine interest in her patients make her a perfect addition to our staff

PATRICIA FERGUSON

RN

A change in career brought Patty from the corporate business world into the medical profession in 2001. Trying to combine her business background with medicine, she began her medical career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), earning her Associate of Science Degree from Briarwood College. While working as a CMA, she continued her education focusing more clinically to become a Registered Nurse, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from Capital Community College. With a continued desire to expand her medical knowledge, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Hartford.

Patty has been with Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center since 2004. She works harmoniously alongside Dr. Stanislaw providing clients with education, and the highest quality of patient centered care possible. Our patients find it reassuring that Patty's independent assessment is consistent with the doctor's suggested treatment plans. While Patty does work in tandem with Dr. Stanislaw, she also works independently specializing in treatments such as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) also known as Micro-Needling.

Patty's compassionate nature, knowledge, and dedication earned her The Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing during nursing school. These characteristics are still being reflected as she makes patients feel very welcome, and puts them at ease. Her goal for patient satisfaction combined with her medical knowledge, and compassion makes her a great asset in the field of facial plastic surgery, and to our practice

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Debra Kehoe, Practice Administrator joined Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center in August 2006 and has been in the healthcare management field since 1982.

MONA NORFLEET

Mona Norfleet joined our team in November 2016 as a patient liaison. Her warmth, compassion and exceptional customer service background made her a perfect addition to our practice. Since she joined our team, patients go out of their way to compliment her and we couldn't be happier! Mona is usually your first point of contact when calling our office. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to coordinate your appointment. She welcomes all of our patients with a smile and a friendly greeting. She attended Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire where she earned her Associates of Science Degree.
