After Dr. Stanislaw has developed your personalized treatment plan, you will be provided with a detailed cost breakdown. Due to the personal, highly-individualized nature of your treatment plan, we cannot provide price estimates over the phone or ahead of your consultation appointment.

There is never any pressure to make a decision or commitment at the time of your consultation. We want you to leave feeling informed and comfortable, never pressured, so we honor all surgical quotes for one year (excluding hospital and anesthesia fees). You are always given the opportunity to take your time and to think about what was discussed. You are always welcome to come in for a second consultation to review any questions that have come up and reflect on your options with Dr. Stanislaw.

Once you have confidently decided on your treatment plan, our caring team will create a straightforward, seamless scheduling experience. Your pre-operative appointment will be exactly three weeks ahead of your procedure, and we will set up all recovery appointments ahead of time for an easy, relaxing post-treatment recovery.

A cosmetic consultation addresses routine aesthetic treatments and skincare needs. It is an educational meeting that creates the foundation for a successful treatment plan balancing your goals, lifestyle, and budget. In-depth discussion about your concerns, medical history review, and evaluation of your anatomy will allow Dr. Stanislaw to fully understand your individual goals.

Dr. Stanislaw’s top priority is patient education to set realistic expectations. You will spend at least an hour to an hour and half fully discussing what can be done, suitable surgical and non-surgical techniques, and outcomes.

During your consultation, Dr. Stanislaw will give expert recommendations and answer all questions so you feel fully prepared and confident in your custom treatment protocols.

Complex Cosmetic Consultation

Complex cosmetic consultations are also foundational and educational meetings to fully prepare our patients. Complex cosmetic consultations address more substantial concerns like reconstruction, revisions, and combination treatments.

Following an injury or accident, Dr. Stanislaw can help restore the appearance with reconstructive treatment. We support new patients with correctional advice following a procedure or injection performed elsewhere that didn’t come out as you expected. Dr. Stanislaw also provides second opinions and education about restorative techniques for natural-looking results.

Dr. Stanislaw will take the time to fully address all concerns and thoroughly explore all available options. This may take considerably longer than a regular consultation, typically lasting from one to three hours for a comprehensive review and plan.

Cost of Consultations in Hartford, CT

We believe in building a strong relationship with our patients by spending the extra time to understand their concerns, provide education, and offer expert suggestions for all available treatment options. In order to give you a proper consultation with Dr. Stanislaw’s expert guidance, we allocate a significant amount of our time. In addition to time spent, our fees reflect Dr. Stanislaw’s several years of experience, education, and expertise. For this reason, a nominal fee is charged for all consultations; complex cosmetic consultations are longer and more involved therefore, we charge a higher fee.

Consultation fee is collected at time of booking. Consultation fee is not a price quote for the procedure nor a treatment guarantee. It is not applied to surgery and not refundable.

Treatment Pricing

Because each patient is unique, we do not provide quotes, estimates, or ballpark numbers prior to a consultation appointment. We must assess the area of concern to determine the proper technique and amount of time required, which directly impacts the cost of a procedure or treatment. As part of your consultation and treatment planning, Dr. Stanislaw will discuss the breakdown of the cost-effectiveness of the different treatment options.

Detailed price estimates are provided for non-surgical treatments and price quotes are given for surgical treatments. We honor our surgical quotes, including the physician’s fees, for a period of one year following your consultation. However, we do not include hospital and anesthesia fees, as we cannot guarantee these prices ahead of time.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of surgical scheduling, and the remaining balance is due in full three weeks before your procedure. Large payments must be made via either an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or a certified bank check. We can take card payments, but they will incur an additional processing fee.

Aesthetic treatment is a highly personal choice, and many patients are willing to go the extra mile for our technical expertise, quality care, excellence in treatment, and superb results. We are here to support our out-of-town patients with stress-free travel for a smooth overall experience. The state-of-the-art Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Avon, Connecticut is centrally located near Hartford in the beautiful Farmington River Valley.

The Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center is an easy, idyllic drive through quintessential New England towns. We are conveniently situated between New York City and Boston; both cities are about one hour or less by plane, two hours by car, or three hours by train.

Hartford’s Bradley International Airport is 25 minutes away from our office and has rental cars and 24/7 livery services (with sedans, SUVs, or stretch limousines) available.
