Mona Norfleet joined our team in November 2016 as a patient liaison. Her warmth, compassion and exceptional customer service background made her a perfect addition to our practice. Since she joined our team, patients go out of their way to compliment her and we couldn’t be happier! Mona is usually your first point of contact when calling our office. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to coordinate your appointment. She welcomes all of our patients with a smile and a friendly greeting. She attended Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire where she earned her Associates of Science Degree.
