Patricia Ferguson, R.N.

A change in career brought Patty from the corporate business world into the medical profession in 2001. Trying to combine her business background with medicine, she began her medical career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), earning her Associate of Science Degree from Briarwood College. While working as a CMA, she continued her education focusing more clinically to become a Registered Nurse, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from Capital Community College. With a continued desire to expand her medical knowledge, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Hartford.

Patty has been with Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center since 2004. She works harmoniously alongside Dr. Stanislaw providing clients with education, and the highest quality of patient centered care possible. Our patients find it reassuring that Patty’s independent assessment is consistent with the doctor’s suggested treatment plans.  While Patty does work in tandem with Dr. Stanislaw, she also works independently specializing in treatments such as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) also known as Micro-Needling.

Patty’s compassionate nature, knowledge, and dedication earned her The Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing during nursing school.  These characteristics are still being reflected as she makes patients feel very welcome, and puts them at ease.  Her goal for patient satisfaction combined with her medical knowledge, and compassion makes her a great asset in the field of facial plastic surgery, and to our practice.
