DIRECTIONS
The Facial Plastic Surgery Center of New England is on the west side of Avon Mountain. The office is 0.2 miles north of the junction of Route 44 and Route 10 on Nod Road.
From Interstate 84:
Take Exit 39, Route 4 (Farmington Avenue).
Take Route 4 (Farmington Avenue) west towards Farmington.
Make a right at the third traffic light onto Route 10 North (Waterville Road).
Take Route 10 North for approximately 6.8 miles until you come to the second traffic light.
(Intersection of RTs10 and 44)
Proceed straight through the intersection onto Nod Road.
Go approximately 0.2 miles and you will see the St. Francis Care Center on your left.
The office is located in the St. Francis Care Center on the second floor.
